Chad E. Kennedy, Ph.D. - President/CEO, Chairman

Jon W. McGarity - Board Member

Mr. McGarity is currently President and CEO of EthiX Associates, serves as Chairman for the Arizona BioIndustry Association and sits on the Board of Directors for the Global Advisory Council at Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management, Cypress Biosciences Inc, and Ribomed Biotechnologies. Mr. McGarity founded and served as Vice Chairman, President and COO of Pharmaceutical Marketing Services, Inc. which was listed on NASDAQ. He has also functioned as the acting President/CEO for three biotech start up companies. Former positions include VP of Corporate Sales with Glaxo SmithKline, VP of Sales with Bristol Myers Squibb and VP of Sales and Marketing with Novartis (Sandoz). Additionally, he has successfully completed numerous business development deals involving product acquisitions, licensing, co-marketing and promotional arrangements.

Lyle R. Scritsmier - Board Member

Mr. Scritsmier has extensive financial and operating management experience in the pharmaceutical services and healthcare industries including several companies that were introducing new technologies/solutions in an existing marketplace. Mr. Scritsmier has served as CFO and senior financial executive in a variety of companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies. He has extensive experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, raising venture capital, bank financing, revenue sharing contracts and IPO’s. Former positions include CFO of Pharmaceutical Marketing Services Inc. a publicly traded worldwide provider of sales and marketing services to the pharmaceutical industry, CFO of U.S. Administrators, the nation’s largest third party administrator and CFO and co-founder of iPhysicianNet. Mr. Scritsmier is a CPA and was a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG.

David Smith - Board Member

Mr. Smith has recently founded two new start-ups in the semiconductor industry. He has served as CEO, President and Board Member of Quad Systems, a high growth technology company, which was taken public onto the NASDAQ exchange in 1993. He has been awarded “1994 Entrepreneur of the Year” by Ernst and Young, Merrill Lynch, and Inc Magazine for best turn around company, Enterprise Award Winner for Growth in Exports 1994 and Pennsylvania’s Fast 50 Technology Winner in 1992, 1993, and 1997.
