Restorative Biosciences has exclusive rights to a family of biological molecules that provide potent and effective anti-inflammation therapy for a wide variety of medical conditions. These molecules are unique among all anti-inflammatories in that they can selectively and precisely target only inflamed tissues with greatly minimized side effects.

The Restorative Bioscience technology is a select pharmaceutical formulation that directly disrupts white blood cell adhesion onto inflamed tissue, which is vital to the progression of inflammation. Normal white blood cell adhesion to tissue surfaces is the first step for all immunity and inflammation; but abnormal white blood cell adhesion can lead to pathologies such as septic shock, multiple organ failure, reperfusion injury, transplant rejection, chronic inflammation, allergy, and autoimmune disorders (such as arthritis, Dry Eye Disease, and Crohn's Disease).

The initial product focus is on a Dry Eye disease therapeutic and ophthalmic medical device coatings. Additional research has been initiated on developing the technology into therapies for cardiovascular disease, cancer and non-ophthalmic medical device implants.
